Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Executive to
accelerate our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate
is a persuasive communicator with a strong understanding of market dynamics,
capable of building lasting relationships and identifying opportunities that directly
contribute to revenue growth.
This role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to
collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions. You will play a key role
in shaping the company’s market trajectory by identifying high-value partnerships,
executing strategic outreach, and driving end-to end business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research,
analyze competitive landscapes, and pinpoint potential clients, partnerships, and
emerging market segments for expansion. - Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and manage a qualified
pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and targeted
outreach strategies. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key
stakeholders, executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers. - Sales Enablement & Presentations: Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and
customized presentations to articulate the value proposition of our products and
solutions. - Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, handle contractual processes, and
close deals aligned with overall company revenue and profitability goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer
success teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless client
onboarding and satisfaction. - Performance Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on key metrics, sales activity,
client feedback, and market insights to support data-driven decision making. - Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions,
trade events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Management,
Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - 0–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or
similar client-facing roles. - Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a desire to
grow in a commercial role are encouraged to apply. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong
business relationships (preferred). - Strong understanding of the sales cycle, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce),
and modern prospecting tools is advantageous.
